La Joya is the smallest farm, positioned to the north in the slopes of the Acatenango volcano. Its inclination into a hillside slope creates a unique micro climate, that conserves humidity and protects the coffee plants from wind and excessive sunlight. The plantation extends from 1,600 to 1,960 meters above sea level, and is highly productive as a result of its singular location.
